Days are rotated between daycare, leashed walks, off leash play, and individual cuddle time with one of our employees.

Daycare is included for boarding dogs, permitting they do well with others. 

We require all dogs to be up to date on Bordatella, Distemper/Parvo, and Rabies. You will need to provide proof before your pet can attend boarding or daycare. 

Yes and no! We are here 365 days a year to care for your fur babies. Although we are closed to customers on Christmas, Fourth of July and Thanksgiving. We do have limited hours on Christmas Eve as well (please ask what these are). This means we are not accepting drop offs or pickups on these days!

When coming to Waggin' Tails Retreat the only thing that is required to be brought is your pet’s food from home, a secure breakaway collar or harness, and their vaccination records. Everything else is optional. Please do not bring items that are of value to you or your dog, we cannot guarantee they won’t be lost or damaged.

We do understand life happens and we all run late! We can occasionally accommodate pre-arranged after hours pick up for a $20.00 fee. If you are unable to pick up your dog by 5:45pm and an after hour’s pickup cannot be arranged, your dog will be checked in to boarding for the evening. Our regular boarding rate will apply.

We currently accept cash, check and credit card. We do not currently accept online payments.
